Document security

Identification documents, driver’s licences, proof of address and vehicle inspection photographs are stored using restricted access controls. These files are not intended to be publicly accessible. Only authorised Timla’s Auto staff may access sensitive rental documents where required for their duties.

Payment information

Timla’s Auto does not store full payment card numbers or CVV information. Payments are processed through the configured third-party payment provider.

Data retention

Timla’s Auto retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for rental administration, legal, financial, dispute-resolution or other legitimate business requirements.

Customer rights
